Refund policy

+ Non-refundable deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve any appointment. The deposit will be credited toward the cost of the procedure on the day of the appointment. Deposits may not be applied or transferred to any person not represented on the appointment. This applies to all services, including touch-up procedures. This is done in consideration of all clients in order to provide the best possible level of service. No exceptions to this policy will be made.

+ Cancellation and rescheduling

All cancellations will result in a loss of associated deposit. Requests to postpone or reschedule an appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment date. Initial deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with proper notice a maximum of one time, after this a new deposit will be required. Failure to reschedule will result in a new deposit required for a future booking. The total deposit amount will be credited towards your procedure.

+ Late and no shows

A grace period of 15 minutes is permitted starting at the time of the scheduled appointment. After 15 minutes have passed the appointment will be automatically canceled as there will not be enough time to complete the procedure. The deposit associated with the appointment will be forfeited and any future appointments will require a new deposit.
